Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours – 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping

  • 80 % of orders: arrive within 3 – 8 business days

  • 15 % of orders: arrive within 5 – 12 business days

  • 5 % of orders: may take over 16 business days

International Shipping

Standard international shipping typically takes 7 – 20 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances, including customs-clearance delays.
