Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, ensure your item is:

- In Original Packaging: Include all original packaging and accessories.
- With Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email support@theremedyco.store to request a return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label.
- Ship Your Item: Send the item to the address provided. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in the fulfillment process.

Cancellations After 24 Hours
- If the 24-hour period has passed, follow the return process once you receive the item. Standard return shipping and restocking fees apply.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union can cancel or return an order within 30 days without any reason. The item must be in original condition, with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
